Dr. Parveen Parmar is Associate Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California (USC). Parveen's research focuses on the use of epidemiologic methods to investigate health and human rights among conflict-affected populations. Prior to joining USC, Parveen was an Attending Physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and an Instructor at Harvard’s School of Public Health and Medical School. Parveen is a graduate of Stanford University and completed her emergency medicine residency and served as chief resident at UCLA / Olive View UCLA Emergency Medicine Residency Program. She earned her M.P.H at the Harvard School of Public Health.
